| Our factory is managed by a team of
experienced Singaporeans and locals. The factory is equipped with
die casting machines from 15 tons to 250 tons, secondary process
machinery for trimming, tumbling, drilling and tapping, cleaning,
de-burring and chromating. Complete new set-up tool room facility
and machinery of EDM, grinding machines, milling machines and lathe
machines to fabricate new mould and maintain existing production
mould for our customer. The Q.C. department is equipped with
precision measuring equipment and profile projector dia 16 deltronic
c/w Spc software and computer print-out of histogram and X-bar chart
and co-ordinates measuring machine c/w computer print out for parts
delivered to our customers. |

| The productions floor area is
approximately 25,000 feet with first floor offices. Our 3-storey
staff quarter is located next to the factory and can accommodate 150
workers. |
